About our People
Lee Peh Chye, June
June graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and worked in the areas of personnel selection, assessment, and education prior to joining the laboratory. Interest in education research led her to the lab and June was involved in the research on Singaporean teachers’ epistemological beliefs about knowledge and learning, leadership, and technology use, as well as the design and implementation of a multi-user virtual environment to help students develop Science inquiry skills. June is currently working in Assistant Professor Manu Kapur’s “Designing for Projective Failure” project, in which she helps to look into the conditions under which engaging learners to persist in complex, ill-structured problem solving may be more productive for learning than a priori structuring of the process of learning and problem solving.
