An Investigation into the Challenges of Conducting a Literature Review
Novice researchers face many challenges in managing systematic and effective literature reviews. Given that the ability to navigate these challenges directly impacts the quality of studies, this project examines these challenges and the strategies employed to overcome them. Findings of this study will establish a common framework for understanding challenges and coupling them with productive strategies co-constructed with participants. Such a framework provides a starting point for beginning researchers and learning organizations to further develop methodic research practices. in particular, it can enable higher education institutes to enhance mentoring programs.
